Mash has been a radio broadcaster for over 30 years having started on Sub City Radio, then Beat 106 from start to finish, before XFM Scotland, Galaxy and Capital where he was networked across the UK every Friday night. Over the years he has interviewed Calvin Harris, Mark Ronson, Depeche Mode, Underworld, Moby, Jazzie B, Hot Chip, Disclosure, Groove Armada, Fat Boy Slim, and featured guest mixes from Andrew Weatherall, DJ Sneak, Josh Wink,  Sonny Fodera, Mark Knight,  Claude Vonstroke, Eats Everything and many more. He was also at Bauer media broadcasting on Clyde, Forth Westsound, Northsound etc, plus Groove City Radio for a few years.
